The sanctuary of the Blessed Virgin of San Luca stands on a hill outside the centre, at Via di San Luca 36. The road from Porta Saragozza climbs for four kilometres under a portico of more than 600 arches, which the sanctuary calls the longest in the world. Inside the church there are paintings and valuable works on display. The walk and the view are as much of the visit as the church itself.
