Istanbul in the rain

Rain days are most frequent from November to March. Indoor sights still work: the Archaeological Museums, Dolmabahçe Palace, the Grand Bazaar, the Spice Bazaar and the Basilica Cistern. Keep the Bosphorus cruise and Galata Tower for a clear day.
