The museum is built around the collection of Carmen Cervera, shown in a palace on Calle Compañía. Most pictures are Spanish landscapes, village scenes and portraits from the 19th century, with a strong Andalusian slant. A part of the visit takes you down to the remains of an old building under the museum. The rooms are small, so the visit stays unhurried.
