Stops that cost nothing

Local transport

Single ride
€1.40
24-hour pass (Biglietto giornaliero)
€3.50

The centre is best on foot. City buses cover the places that are further out, and a single ticket costs 1.40 euros while the day ticket costs 3.50 euros, so the day ticket pays for itself from the third ride. The Capuchin Catacombs, the Zisa and Monreale are the stops where a bus or taxi helps.
