Real Madrid's stadium opened in 1947 and has been rebuilt in recent years. The tour starts in the club museum with the trophy room, goes up to the stands for the view of the pitch, and then runs through the changing rooms and the dugouts. The route has many staircases, and the pitch is kept underground on non-match days. An exhibit also traces the stadium from 1947 to today.
