A small terrace on the edge of Alfama, planted with a bougainvillea pergola and backed by a church with tile panels. The tiles show Lisbon before the 1755 earthquake and the capture of the city from the Moors. From the wall you look down on red roofs, the dome of the Pantheon and the river.
