EPIC sits in the vaults of the CHQ building on Custom House Quay, close to where emigrant ships once left. The galleries cover why people left, where they went and what they brought to the countries that took them in. Most of the displays are interactive, with video and sound. The museum recommends about two hours, and visitors who stop at everything can spend four.
