Piazza dei Miracoli
The wide lawn that holds the Cathedral, the Baptistery, the Leaning Tower and the Camposanto. Walking on the square costs nothing.
Come early or in the evening, when the square is quieter and the white marble takes the low light.

Leaning Tower
The bell tower of the Cathedral, known for its lean. Visitors can climb it, in timed groups, with a ticket for a fixed time.
Choose the earliest slot you can get, and see the rest of the square afterwards. Do not leave the Tower to the end of the day.
Tickets are timed, so check which times are available when you buy. Children under 8 are not admitted to the Tower, and under 18 must go with an adult.
Listed from 09:00 to 18:00 every day for 3 November to 13 December 2026, with the last entry 30 minutes before closing. It is open until 19:00 from 4 to 7 December. Hours change through the year and the tower can close early on some days, so check the official page before you plan.
