Cantillon is the last brewery in Brussels that still makes lambic, a spontaneously fermented beer that is the base for gueuze and kriek. The visit goes through the brewing floor, the cellar of oak barrels and the old copper tools, so you see the process rather than a show. At the end you taste a lambic, a gueuze and a fruit beer. The Saturday guided visit lasts about 90 minutes and includes a tasting.
